La Mer × Revieve Results
Project Overview
We partnered with La Mer to reimagine the digital skin analysis experience powered by Revieve. Our mission was to bring the same high-touch care found in La Mer’s in-store consultations into the online results page, ensuring the journey felt intuitive, transparent, and true to the brand’s luxury values.

The Challenge

Skin analysis results were presented in a way that felt too clinical and overwhelming for unguided users.

Users needed help understanding Tone, Sensitivity, and Structure without jargon or negative framing.

Product recommendations lacked transparency, customers wanted to know why each product was suggested and how to use it in their routines

The online experience had to match the elegance of La Mer’s in-store rituals.
Our Approach
We conducted a results page workshop, combining UX methods, affinity mapping, and brand storytelling. Together with La Mer, we focused on three guiding questions:

How can we make results easy to navigate and understand on their own?

How do we show the direct connection between skin concerns and La Mer product recommendations?

How do we build trust and credibility while maintaining a luxury feel?


Key Design Directions
✨ Guided Experience: Added ambassador storytelling, animated diagrams, and explainers for each skin concern.
✨ Trust & Transparency: Linked each product to the specific skin concern it addressed, with clear ingredient benefit explanations.
✨ Luxury Feel: Used positive, empowering language and interactive, elegant visuals instead of technical jargon.
✨ Routine Clarity: Organized results into clear regimens (core vs. extended), showing when and how to use each product.
The Outcome
The redesigned concept transformed the results page into a guided, educational, and luxurious journey. Users now:
